Discrimination Laws in the UK?

My mum runs a successful ‘Alternative Therapies’ business in the UK. She would like to run some groups that would be exclusive to women. In terms of UK law, is this something she could do without too much difficulty or are there specific requirements that she would need to meet or actions that she would need to undertake. She is specifically concerned about making sure she does not do anything contrary to UK discrimination laws.

Yeah, that’s fine, there’s no law against sex discrimination in providing goods and services (Sheila’s Wheels anyone? Yorkie bars?).

If it expands and she look at taking on female staff, then it would become a bit more complicated.
