If an ad agency employ comes up with a brilliant/successful ad campaign, does their career improve?
Poor wording, but here’s my question. I love the Geico caveman commercials. I’m sure a team worked on it, but will those responsible experience a dramatic improvement in their career opportunities or does it just go towards their overall body of work? Truly successful campaigns are probably rare, so I would hope their resume would be greatly enhanced.
Chances are they are just doing their job, well for a change. Resumes are mostly exagerations anyway, they are only a ticket to an interview. I couldn’t count how many times I’ve see resumes from people who’d like you to think they have done everything under the sun. It never fails, they are the laziest of all.
